Arm-Clark formulas have three components: drying oils (37%) , nondrying oils (38%) and solvent (25%).
This approach to formulation has allowed Arm-Clark stains to be applied to virtually any wood substrate, from hardwoods such as IPE, to pressure treated woods, cedar, redwood, to T111
Armstrong Clark Wood and Deck stains are formulated in 3 different series: Transparent, Semi-Transparent, and Semi-Solid. All will show the natural grain of the wood with the difference being the amount of pigment added. Available in over 10 colors
Armstrong Clark Stains can be applied in direct sunlight and heat of day. If the first coat penetrates within 30 minutes a second coat can be applied for extra protection. Easily applied by brush, roller, garden sprayer or airless spray equipment.
When spraying — back-rolling or brushing will help even out appearance. If there are any puddles or glossy spots after 24 hours, remove with dry rag. Complies with all government environmental standards. Contains no offensive odor.
