I would use the same brand on the floors as the walls. This will be easier for future maintenance. Oil base products will penetrate cedar wood better then the majority of water based. The better it penetrates the better it performs and it will look more natural. All of the cedar deck stains we carry are high end and there isn't one that is substantially better. I would look for a stain with colors that you like. Here is a list of our most popular oil based deck stains.

The lighter you go, the less u.v. protection, stick with the cedartone midrange colors.
