What sealer would you recommend for a concrete deck that surrounds my built in pool. I have been power washing it to clean the concrete after the winter but that is wearing it away. If I seal it will it be easier to clean in the spring? I would like to use soap and a large scrub brush and not power wash anymore.

If it is just regular concrete (not decorative) then we strongly suggest a sealer that does not change the appearance but will "seal" the cement. It will make cleaning easier since dirt and grime will not be able to penetrate deeply.

I installed tumbled brick pavers in one of my apartments and sealed them with Jasco Clear Wet-Look Concrete/Paver Cure-Sealer. The last tenant just moved out and I now have innumerable dark spots on the brick that I suppose were caused by oil or grease and a general failure of the sealer. Multiple scrubbings with detergent, bleach and degreaser has helped, but the spotting is still visible. What do you recommend to clean and then reseal the brick to minimize this happening in the future?

Does it look even in color when the brick is wet with water? If so then you should use a sealer that will darken the color of the brick and even out the overall color. Wet Look Paver Sealers

I'm looking for a product to seal our travertine pool deck. Looking for a wet look without the gloss look. Also need to seal our composite decking. We live in calif. and the pool is salt water. thanks, Mitch

It is not possible to have a wet look without some gloss. Some are less shiny then others though. Being that you are in California you are limited to what can be used. I would look at the Surebond SB-600 for the travertine:

For the composite deck you would want a clear water repellent.

If you are in LA area you are restricted even more. In fact almost all the products are illegal to be shipped or used in the 4 counties surrounding LA.
