Seal Ugly Concrete Patio 2 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello

We live in Port Washington,WI and have a cement patio, 19 feet by 25 feet. It is about 20 years old. Nothing has every been applyed to the surface. Several years ago I power washed off the surface. Now the patio looks like
*!#@%. It looks dirty, stained and has mildue on it. After I wash it I plan to seal it.
My question is which product do you recomend, the Defy - All Purpose Heavy Duty Water Repellent or the Defy - Solvent Base Water Repellent ? Keeping in mind that I am 70 years old and do not want to do this every other year.

Thanking you for you're assistance,
Don

I would use the Defy All Purpose Water Repellent. It is extremely easy to apply. Just use a pump up sprayer and apply to the concrete. In the future stains and mildew will not penetrate deeply allowing easier cleaning.
