Hi,

I'm planning to reseal my redwood deck. The deck was installed last year and was coated with Thompsons Water Seal but is already graying.
I'm thinking of using sealer remover and
recoating with Defy stain seal

How do you rate the Defy products?

High quality product that will easily outperform Thompson's. For the Defy to work properly you will need to make sure that the Thompson's is removed with a wood deck stripper and brightened as well. Make sure that you use the Defy stain for hardwoods. It works best for the redwood.
