Last year our massaranduba deck was treated with Messmers UV Plus for Hardwoods before it was cleaned. The deck has looked dirty ever since. Will cleaning with Messmers Wood & Deck Cleaner remove the dirt trapped in the UV Plus and return the natural color? Also, is it necessary to us the Wood Brightener after the cleaner? Help, I want my pretty red deck back!

No the cleaner will not remove the trapped dirt that is under the stain. You will need to use a wood deck stain stripper to remove the Messmers first. You would follow this with the wood deck brightener.

It is not that hard and it will restore the wood properly so it can be stained again.
