Is TWP an oil based finish?

I have an older log home that needs refinishing. What do you recommend?

Yes TWP Wood Stains are oil based finishes. It is an excellent product and would work very well for you log home. Make sure to clean and remove any prior coatings, dirt, or grime prior to staining.

Thank you for your fast response. One publication suggested that a clear acrylic sealer be put on after the TWP. What is your opinion?
