Help! I live in CA and have noticed that my sprinklers leave a white stain on my stained concrete patio. I have tried a variety of products from CLR to white vinegard and nothing helps.... Can you make a recommendation?

Has the patio been sealed previously?

Sometimes moisture can cause the sealer to turn white in color. Other reason could be that you are just leaving a residue from the water. You might want to try a mild acid type cleaner.

If white is from moisture in sealer, reactivate with xylene,[do a test area first!] it can be found at your nearest hardware store, spray the whole surface with a pump up and it should clear it up, if it is from mineral deposits, try to find an oxalic or phosphoric deck brightener from the big box stores and do a test area. Send pics if needed.
