I was wondering what the difference is between the SuperSeal25 product and the SuperSealVOC? We have a 2 year old (this will be it's 3rd year) stamped concrete patio that we would like to re-seal. I want to get the best semi-gloss that I can to seal it. Can you please advise me in the better product to buy? Thanks so much!

The VOC version is no different then the SuperSeal25 in as far as durability. The difference is that the SupreSealVOC product is VOC compliant. Certain states such as California do not allow certain levels of "volatile organic compounds" If you live in CA then you have no choice but to order the VOC sealer.

Ok, so here is the stupid question..... I am in Massachusetts. Is the VOC one "safer" since it is not allowed in California? Is that the product I would order to reseal a 2 year old stamped concrete patio?

No it is not safer, just compliant. Any of these stamped concrete sealers would work great for your patio.

It is said that ice is a major threat to stamped concrete. Is it true? In that case how to check the expansion of ice during winter?

Not much you can do about the freeze/thaw effect during winter. The water will get in the concrete and cause some expansion. With stamped concrete this can cause chipping and cracks in your surface.
