I am purring new colored concrete indoor, How long do I have to wait before applying SuperSealVOC Semi-Gloss on?

What is the different between: SuperSeal and SuperSealVOC?

The SuperSeal can be applied as soon as it is dry since it is a cure and seal. A day or two or good.

The VOC version is compliant for certain states. There is no difference betweein the durability and no reason to spend the additional money unless you live in one of these states.
