TOPIC: Stamped Concrete Sealer around Pool

Stamped Concrete Sealer around Pool 1 Year, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
I had stamped concrete installed artound my pool. The concrete was always dull and rather white(ish). The original colored was an antique coek and limestone (Brownish) Would the superseal seal work for me. The concrete looks great when it rains so it leads me to beleive the wet look would solve my dull look problem. The concrete patio is 1000 sq feet and I think I could apply the sealant with a paint roller? What type of roller would I use with the superseal and oh course I would powerwash the deck before applying the sealant. Would the sealant create a slippery surface...I wouldn't want that..or is there a type of sealant that works best around a pool area. Thanks

The SuperSeal Stamped Concrete Sealer will enhance the color similar to a wet look. The only issue that I may see is that you said it was "whitish". This possibly could be related to the old sealer discoloring from the sun and turning white. If this is the case the SuperSeal will restore the color temporarily but the "white haze" will come back.

You would need two pails for the 1000 feet. Since it is around a pool it would help to add the Supergrip. This will add traction and reduce the chance for slipperiness.
Super Grip

Any roller will work when applying.
