SuperSeal-M Water Repellent 5 Years, 4 Months ago Karma: 11
SuperSeal Brick-M is a water based Silicone Cement Water Repellent made of a special hybrid of Silane and Siloxane. SuperSeal-M provides water repellency to porous construction material such as bricks, stone, concrete blocks, Composite Wood Decks, mortar, and grout. It is not suitable for very low-porosity substrates such as polished stone. It will not leave a sheen or "wet" look.

The active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer are a mixture of different-size particles, some larger, some smaller to fill different size voids. This ensures good penetration into porous substrates, resulting in good coverage and durable water repellency. Additionally, the active ingredients in SuperSeal-M Water Repellent can chemically react with the substrate, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Water Beads up fast on substrates treated with SuperSeal-M Water Repellent Sealer. The product's excellent water repellent and fast beading action are immediately apparent. What you will not see is any change in the substrates appearance.

SuperSeal-M 5 Gallon
I am interested in the coverage per gallon on a concrete driveway. Is there a spec sheet on this product. I am trying to find a decent Silane/Siloxane sealer for my driveway. I would like something that would last longer then an acyrlic topical sealer.
Do you also carry the Defy WB concentrate 1 gallon size?
I have around 800 SF to cover for my driveway.
Thank you

Coverage for the SuperSeal-M is 200 feet per gallon or 1000 feet per 5 gallon pail. It will be enough to seal your 800 foot driveway. It is a very versatile product and cost effective. It can be sprayed on with a pump up sprayer.

We do not carry the Defy WB in gallon sizes.

It says that it can be applied from 45-100 F. What happens when you get at the lower end of that? Does it take longer to dry? Does it not react as well with the concrete? Does it need to be above 45F ground temperature or air temperature (or both)?

Will this sealant work for repelling water and also oil? The problem that we keep having is with the oils from acorns staining the concrete. Will this prevent them from marking? Thanks

As long as it has about 2 hours to dry prior to dropping below 45 degrees you should not have any issues. In reality it should not drop below freezing prior to drying.

This product will repel pretty much anything from penetrating deeply.

It is not going to stop acorns from marking the surface though. It will make it much easier to clean though as the oil from the acorn will not penetrate very deep.

SuperSeal-M covers about 200 feet per gallon.

Most use the SuperSeal25 or SuperSeal30 for exposed aggregate. These will enhance the color while leaving a shine.
