California and other low VOC states have been restricted to water-based concrete and brick paver sealers in the past. Finally there is a solvent based sealer that can legally used and sold in these states!

The only "Exempt" Solvent Based Paver Sealer for California Image

Finally a Brick Paver and Decorative Concrete Sealer that can be used and sold in the state of California! Using exempt solvents you are now able use high quality concrete and paver sealer in your state. No more messing around with inferior water based sealers from the "big box" stores.

SuperSeal VOC Compliant Sealer will enhance the natural appearance of your Brick Pavers and Concrete with a "wet" look but will not make it slippery. SuperSeal Sealer can be used for Brick Pavers, Stamped Concrete, Stamped Cement, Decorative Cement, Bricks, Acid Stained Cement, Concrete Stains, and Exposed Aggregate.

SuperSeal VOC Comnpliant Sealer is a much higher solid content (25%) than cheap water based (5-7%) products.  This will give a much longer life span and durability!

I am looking forward to being able to use a solvent based paver sealer. <img src=illy:' title=':silly:' class='postemoticon' />
My higher end clients have been dissapointed in the past with the water based
paver sealers.

Acetone is an exempt solvent that is used in place of the Aromatic 100 solvent
which is used normally

Should I be concerned about an acetome formula being highly flammable and having
a flash point below 100-F? Sounds dicey using something that flammable ... or
is it less flammable then I think given the product's chemistry? Thanks

It's not really an issue when you are applying it. The acetone evaporates fairly
fast. I definetly wouldn't suggest smoking while you are doing the application.

Since it involves the presence of concrete what will be appearance in general
after the process is completed? Can concrete look good even after?

The concrete will darken in color and a satin to semi-gloss sheen will be
noticeable.

At last the people of California too able to get this wonderful product of brick
paver and sealer with VOC compliant. Is this products should be used sparingly,
instead of regular use?

Typically should be used every 18-36 months. Depends on the amount of traffic.
